COVID-19 update

Safe process for real property visits:

The procedure to follow regarding the health measures to be taken before, during and after each visit is detailed below.

The protocol requires even after May 11, 2020:

a.A virtual visit of the premises beforehand;
b.If there is an interest for the buyer to make a real visit of the premises:
1.The planning of the visit,
2.The signing of a declaration for both occupants and visitors,
3.The occupants must be outside during the visit,
4.The need to restrict the visit to one visitor at a time with the buyer's broker,
5.No children or people aged 70 and over during the visits,
c. Respecting a distance of at least 2 meters between people;
d. Only one person is authorized at a time during a visit in addition to the broker;
e. Systematic cleaning of hands before and after the visit by use
soap or disinfectant solution;
f.Take all reasonable means to limit the surfaces from being touched by visitors;
g.The disinfection of the surfaces used before and after the visit by the real estate broker present (door handles, doorbell, switches, ramps, etc.);
h.Any free visit type formula is prohibited.
