About Me: Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, I studied to become an Architectural Technologist and graduated. I worked for many years as a construction estimator for general contractors. So I have a huge background in building structure. I am a Residential Real Estate Broker, so I sell and buy single family homes, condos and revenue properties with less than 4 units. I am particularly specialized in secondary properties commonly called "the cottage". Often bordered by water, this type of investment requires a different experience that not everyone has. I know the many bodies of water in the region as well as the standards and regulations of the various municipalities.
